CLEAN EATING

I started eating clean meals (at least 2 a day) since July of 2013 and I immediately noticed a change. I've been documenting my clean eating experience ever since and have learned so much from other bloggers and viewers also trying to live healthier lives.

Progress: 24 pounds lost!

  2. I love the fact that more and more young adults are eating healthier. Maybe the fast food chains will catch on and stop promoting garbage.
