If you follow me on Pinterest or Twitter, you already know this -- I found this 30-Day fitness challenge on Pinterest yesterday and this is officially my workout plan for April! It targets your legs, gluteus, abs, and arms. So perfect, and organized.
I did 28 Days of Pilates in February and loved it, and I know this one will be fun too.
