April fitness challenge

If you follow me on Pinterest or Twitter, you already know this -- I found this 30-Day fitness challenge on Pinterest yesterday and this is officially my workout plan for April! It targets your legs, gluteus, abs, and arms. So perfect, and organized.

I did 28 Days of Pilates in February and loved it, and I know this one will be fun too.

I sent this image on to two of my close friends who appreciate fitness and organized challenges and they've agreed to participate :)

  1. I did 30 day challange a I match and they rurally work..
    I did squats and abs.
    U must try abs challange as its combination of plank and crunches along with two mire excersises
    Keep in touch

  2. Totally pinning this and I may not be quick as planned but doing something is better than doing nothing!!


  3. I wish I could do this... my knees couldn't handle most of these... soon I will be able to get out and do cardio though... I am SO looking forward to Spring :)
