It's easy to be excited about summer when you think about the weather, break from schoolwork, fun adventures, family events, etc. But summer also means less clothing and the need for a more toned body.
I've been super slacking this year in the work out department. One of my must-do's for 2013 was to put on tennis shoes every week. And it's been more like every other week. I've been doing some research on different "challenges" and created one that's doable and has proven to create real results.
I'm starting the RCSOATL Summer Squat Challenge today for the next 25 days! It's perfect for people who are in great shape or not so great shape because it builds up to lots of squats. I'm doing them every night before bed.
