It's May! And that means:
I'm finished with the semester
graduation festivities for my friends
and…a new fitness challenge!
I've learned that I have to mix up my fitness in order to stay interested. And, I really enjoy fitness challenges. I loved the April fitness challenge and definitely felt the burn as the workouts got longer. This May fitness challenge via Back on Pointe is perfect for toning the lower body.
I just did this workout and it was a challenge, but felt great afterward (especially the stretching at the end)! Let me know if you decide to join this month's fitness challenge :)
