Eating clean for rookies {part 3}

I started these "Eating clean" posts as a way to hold myself accountable for eating better.
But wow...with all of the repins, thousands of views, and motivational comments & emails, I hope to continue these posts on a regular basis!

Quick breakfast before work - two bananas and ice, yum!
Mixing fresh fruits with ice has become
my go-to for breakfast, snacks, and desserts!
As someone who plans to one day work in public health, I'm so happy and proud that people are interested in eating better, eating cleaner, and improving their health overall.

I'm still eating clean for one or two meals every day, and losing weight and feeling incredible!

Check out some of my recent meals...more to come! Keep up the clean eating!

  1. It all looks great. You're a good inspiration; I've been trying to figure out ways to prepare veggies so that I actually like -and therefore eat- them.

    Thanks for visiting, so I could find and follow you.

  15. Those meals look so good! I think that's a reasonable goal to go for 1-2 meals because eating clean 100% is super hard. I think you can still get a great benefit even if it's not 100% and that way you don't set yourself up for failure. Good job!!
