Marley Twists {review}

So, before I left for my trip to D.C. I got my hair done in Marley Twists!

Marley Twists or Kinky Twists are two strand twists with extension hair known as Marley Braid Hair instead of the typical braiding hair.

I've gotten extensions before, but never this type of twists and I ended up really liking the style. With the overwhelming humidity in Georgia and the hassle that comes along with keeping up natural or straightened hair while traveling, I thought getting some extensions would be the smartest move.

The first couple of days, my head was a little sore from the twists, but after that they have been great! I've mainly been wearing them in a low side ponytail or high bun to keep the hair out of my face. The hair is a lot lighter than it looks and pretty versatile. I'm so happy to have this hairstyle for a little while and have one less thing to worry about!

  2. You are rocking the twists. I need a humidity helper! So jealous of this option and that's awesome they're actually really light.

  4. Your hair is fab! I loved having marley twists in when I had them. I didn't have any soreness whatsoever though I guess because they install them a little less tight than other braiding styles. Seeing this is making me itch for a protective style as well, because you're right about this humidity in Atlanta, it is no joke lol
