Therapeutic Activities


I took this photo a few days ago. It's (part of) the Midtown skyline, but I was more obsessed with how perfect the sky looked! One thing that calms me down is observing my surroundings like nature & the buildings in Atlanta. 

It's important to make time for therapeutic activities, especially when school/life get stressful. I've put some of the most popular calming activities below.
