In my life, writing and warm drinks go hand in hand. I went to my parents' house this weekend as a little retreat from the city and to get some work done. And I had some new products to work with. When Lifeguard Press offered to send some Jonathan Adler products my way for review, I immediately knew I wanted to test out the Jonathan Adler Mini Notebook (for writing) and the On the Go Coffee Mug (to sip some hot tea while writing).
And I'll be honest…I love them both.
The mug is pretty much perfection - it's eco-friendly, comes in different patterns (I chose the Positano Hexagons pattern to match my JA agenda). I love how the lid and sleeve are both silicone, easy to wash and have a great grip. While the actual mug is designer porcelain and can withstand temperatures up to 440 degrees Fahrenheit.
I really wanted the notebook because I use notebooks for planning out new projects/ideas and I was definitely in need of one for my newest project! The Mini Notebook is the perfect size to fit in my work bag, has lined pages which I love, has room for a date at the top, and the spiral binding makes it easy to write just about anywhere.

I'm overly impressed with both products and excited to continue using them. They're perfect gifts for college students, recent grads, and those of us in the working world. So, some of my friends may be getting this duo as Christmas gifts :)
