I just got back in town from D.C. and I can't wait to share parts of my trip! But first, this month's fitness challenge. I've really been focusing on toning my lower body, and I thought it was time to switch it up some. This month, I'm working on getting my arms stronger and firmer. Planks are painful, but so effective! And, they can be done anywhere - my kind of workout. I've already done days 1-3 and I'm feeling the burn so I know the rest of the month will only get realer.

ReplyDeleteI just took a body sculpt class and the trainer loved planks. Its the easiest(not really) to get that tummy flat! I starting this challenge too!!
